I’ve been very fortunate to work with Chef Justin James to photograph his food for the incredibly ambitious and beautiful Aptos. It has felt more like a still life project than the standard food shoot and I worked closely with Justin to create these photographs that reflect both the light of the former church venue and the warm textures that are throughout.
